Kindly fill in the admission form enclosed in the prospectus only after thoroughly reading it and submit it to our Admission Incharge before the last date along with the following:
•  Passport size recent smiling colour photographs of the child pasted on the admission form.
•  Self-attested copy of TC from previous school (As applicable). 
•  Certified true copy of the child’s birth certificate. (Original Birth Certificate should not be submitted at the time of submitting the application.)

Kindly ensure that the admission form is complete in all respects so as to facilitate the admission procedure. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Applications will not be accepted after the last date. Mere submission of application form does not guarantee admission.

If seats are available in the class applied for, it will be intimated to parents personally.
If admission is granted, parents will have to submit the following:
• I card size recent color photograph one each of child, father and mother.
• Original copy of Leaving Certificate from the last school attended duly attested by the Education Officer in case of Inter State transfer. (If applicable)
• Admission fees and the first installment amount including Transport fee should be submitted at the time of admission.
